Information you provide

Enquiry and visit forms ask for your name, phone number, location and any message or preferred visit date you choose to provide. Property submissions ask for property details, submitter identity and contact details, documents, images and ownership or KYC proof.

Saved property selections are stored in your browser so your shortlist can be shown again on that device.

How it supports the service

We use information submitted through the website to respond to enquiries, coordinate visit requests, review property submissions, manage listings and operate the browsing experience. A submitted property enters a private review process before it may appear publicly.

What visitors can see

Property details and approved media may appear in public listings after review. The submission form marks private identity and KYC information for internal verification; it is not intended to be displayed on a public property page.

Messages and contact details entered in enquiry or visit forms are for follow-up, not property-card content.

Your choices

You can unsave a property in the browser, manage a submission with its reference and private edit key, or ask for help with personal information you have sent us. The Account Deletion page explains the available paths.
